If you have experienced the death of a loved one, please join us as we come together to share our grief.  Some of the things we will discuss are the 5 stages of the grieving process, the role of faith in sustaining us during this process, the raw emotions that accompany our grief, the dangers of not grieving, the importance of ritual and tradition for those who remain, carrying on, and the need for ongoing love, comfort and support during our painful periods.
